Best hotel during our time in Europe!! Absolutely beautiful rooftop terrace that we enjoyed every evening. Staff was beyond hospitable, friendly and attentive, this includes the front desk, breakfast staff, rooftop staff. Shout out to Dave who always greeted us and provided excellent service! 10/10 would recommend!
We stayed for 5 days and had a great time. Here's the pros and cons: Pros: • amazing central location, walkable to almost everything. • Beautiful decor, relaxing rooftop terrace. • the most lovely and helpful staff that are always smiling and going out of the way for you. Cons: • no soundproofing...central locatiom means noise from the street and noise of loud guests above you. Annoying? Very. If you're highly sensitive to sound, could interefere with sleep. But not a deal-breaker id you value the pros higher.
Stayed here and we already booked again for our next trip back! The rooms were so nice and the staff were absolutely amazing. They really made us feel like we were taken care of. Breakfast was a great start to the day and again, the staff made us feel so welcome. Rooms were clean and location was more than what we could ask for. Literally three minutes from the Pantheon and right by other attractions. Rooftop was secluded and great vibes.
18ft + ceilings, Fine for a giant NBA player. Small footprint. Felt cramped. Best for 2 nights max. Great front desk Marco and Giorgio. Great location for convenience, Not Posh. tho on small street. Great beds and towels. Bare furniture. Spring for some bureaus guys. No desk area. Small area covered w coffee maker and food. Even night table has No drawer. Force U to keep most of your clothes in your suitcase. Cheap open closet next to door. Small bathroom. No amenities. Ac finally works our last day. Windows secured and drapes great. Roof terrace fine, 5 levels. Safe broken. No security for valuables. Huge wasted mini lobby per floor. Huge grade inflation here or ignorance.
While the hotel entrance is a bit obscure, the hotel is beautiful and well appointed. The room was lovely and the roof terrace is absolutely gorgeous. The location is a great place to explore all the major sights eg Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and even the Vittorio Immanuel memorial and mausoleum. What made the place even more special was the staff. Every one there was cheerful and helpful. Special kudos to Gly who was so helpful throughout our stay. She recommended some excellent restaurants and also helped make reservations at others. This will be my go-to place for all future stays in Roma
