This was our last stop before heading back home and it couldn’t have been more perfect. This we owe to the service at the hotel. Roberto, the front desk manager, was amazing. He helped us with restaurants, sights to visit, map directions, you name it. Breakfast was very good but again made great by Nazariy who was a one man show doing everything in the restaurant with a cheerful smile. Rooms were nice too; maybe a little small which is understandable considering it is right next to the Pantheon. But the bathroom was big which is always important. Thank you Roberto and Nazariy.
Brilliant hotel. Very friendly and helpful welcome, comfortable rooms that are cleaned daily. Can’t vault it and thoroughly recommend it.
Small boutique hotel. The location is unbeatable, as is the service. Everyone here is so helpful. Don't let the immediate entrance fool you, the interior is very beautiful and well kept. The breakfast is outstanding. At least for us, this is a jewel in Rome. I'm so glad we found it.
Really great 4 star boutique hotel. As soon as we arrived a man took our cases and they were whisked off to our room. Location was perfect, right in the centre of everything, but also incredibly quiet inside the hotel. 5 Steps outside the front door and there’s the beautiful Pantheon looking at you. It’s 5mins walk from Trevi fountain, 10mins from Spanish steps. 5-10mins from streets and streets of famous Italian designer shops. There’s also loads and loads of restaurants within a few steps. The hotel was lovely and clean, our room was tended to everyday. When we arrived there was a bottle of Prosecco in an ice bucket. When you want to drink it you just call reception and they bring up fresh ice. Roberto on the front desk was excellent. Incredibly professional, he was always willing to help in anyway he could. Thank you Roberto. Breakfast was great too, there really was something for everyone. Hot and cold foods you name it and it was there, they even had fresh honey running straight from the honeycomb. Scrummy! We stayed for 3 nights and had lovely time. We highly recommend this hotel. When we go back to Rome we will be staying here again. Quick note: If you need a taxi get the hotel to order you one, as they use very reputable (black cab) firm, who are very reasonable and will charge exactly what they quoted. Some of the local “white cabs” across the square can be rather unscrupulous.
