What a memorable stay we had! Highly recommend room with a terrace (the Deluxe I think it is called). Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Great location for Vatican. Lots of delicious food at restaurants nearby. Would stay again.
This was the best hotel I stayed at during my 10 day trip in Italy and Greece. I loved that the location was so close to many historical sites.
Great location and excellent staff, everyone was helpful and courteous. Room and bathroom was large and clean. Only complaints were inconsistent hot water in shower, horrible hair dryer. It was like a vacuum cleaner hose attached to the wall and had to pull it out a certain distance and hold it there to make it stay on. Desk chair seat was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Also no ice or ice machine available for guests.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. However, I would suggest showering in the evening, as there was sometimes no hot water in the mornings. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure everything was perfect during my stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again in the future.
