This is not a 4 star hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights and we regretted it. It’s so hot in the room the AC is not working we had to sleep with the slide door all the way open to the balcony in order to stay cool. We came to Rome end of April. The rooms were clean but old and we heard so much banging. They did maintenance in one of the rooms nearby at 7 in the morning! The walls in this hotel are paperthin. We heard everything going on at all times outside our room. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a view of the front of the hotel they had trash pick up and recycling pick up at midnight and 1 AM every night! Sooo loud!!! I’m so confused why they put massive ugly smelly trash bins right in front of their hotel entrance and not somewhere on the side. Anyways I would not recommend this place. They also add a city tax 7.5 euro per person per night which was a surprise.
The room was supposed to have two single beds and a double. We got two singles pushed together, another single and a sofa bed. The room was nothing like the pictures on the website. The supposed air-conditioning was heating only. No lock on the bathroom door. Very disappointing for the price. Don't be fooled by the website.
We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was lavish and the staff was overall polite. The hotel is located in a very nice neighbourhood of Rome, at a 40-minute walking distance from piazza Venezia. I would stay again.
Good place, terrible breakfast. No yogurt, eggs only some days, and then they’re not real eggs, but egg beaters. Not much of an offering at all. Disappointed. Rooms are pretty good. People at reception are very nice.
great hotel! let’s start with the negative so we get it out of the way. the location, despite being well connected with public transport, isn’t really central. expect a 30-min walk minimum to the popular attractions. ok, now for the positives. the place is huge, and this means big rooms and open spaces. the room was very clean, spacious, and modern, with a comfy bed and complementary water upon our arrival. it was also incredibly quiet; i couldn't hear a noise. the bathroom featured a large bath, and i gladly took a relaxing bath. the complementary breakfast was delicious and varied. loads of options for both savory and sweet, and i loved the fact that they opened the buffet from 6:30 am so even on our last day we could enjoy it.
