I’ve been to Rome several times and this is our best stay so far. The location is perfect, near most attractions and 15min from Trastevere. Our suite is spacious and very clean, with a walk in shower. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, especially Martina at the front desk and Marco at the restaurant. Breakfast is great with a big variety. We spent time at the rooftop terrace at night for a cocktail after dinner. Highly recommend this hotel.
This is a very nice hotel just a block from Piazza Navona. There are tons of good restaurants within a 5 to 10 min walk, and the hotel is also close to the Pantheon. We used walking and the local buses to get around Rome. There is a bus stop steps from the hotel. We booked a family suite for 4 nights, and they kindly upgraded us to a more deluxe family suite. It was huge with two floors, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for a family of 4. The second bedroom had 2 single beds. The breakfast at the hotel (buffet style) was very good and they make espresso based coffee drinks to order. This is a lovely hotel in a great location and I would definitely stay here again next time we are in Rome.
We absolutely loved our stay at Martis Palace and feel so grateful we found this gem. The location could not have been better. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go in Rome, yet the hotel felt tucked away from the crowds. After long days exploring the city, coming back to such a peaceful and comfortable space was a gift. Our room was incredibly quiet, which is not always easy to find in a busy city like Rome. The bed was so comfortable, the air conditioning was absolutely cranking (a huge plus during a hot Roman summer), and we slept wonderfully every night. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Every person we encountered was welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore. There are so many hotel options in Rome, but Martis Palace exceeded our expectations in every way. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located home base in Rome.
Our stay in Rome was exceptional. The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the city, and our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast each morning was outstanding, with a wonderful selection of delicious options, and the views from the rooftop bar were absolutely breathtaking. What truly set this hotel apart was the service. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, always willing to offer recommendations and assistance that enhanced our visit. Having stayed in Venice, Florence, and Rome during our trip, this was easily our favorite hotel. If you’re planning a visit to Rome and want a memorable experience, this hotel delivers on every level and will help make your stay truly unforgettable.
Perfect location near the piazza Navona, we were central to so many amazing places & restaurants. The staff were elegant and amazing, especially Martina…our room was perfection on the 4th floor with a balcony that we sat on every morning to drink our coffees and every night to wind down from the day. The cleaning staff were amazing and thoughtful, the room was clean, bright with an espresso maker and tea kettle, waters and a mini bar. Bed was comfy, sheets were perfection - we slept until 11am everyday. The hotel restaurant was intimate and delicious, we will 100% stay here again.
