We had a wonderful stay hosted by Fiama and Alessandro. The location was excellent, with charming local cafés and restaurants nearby, and the Vatican was within easy walking distance. The rooms were spotless and beautifully captured the atmosphere of Rome. Fiama and Alessandro were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome!
Location is very convenient to go the main sights- Vaticano and Castel Sant Angelo. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff was professional. The breakfast offered was quite good as well

We had the most wonderful stay at The Place 217. The location is perfect, situated on the vibrant Via Cola di Rienzo (great for shopping!) and just a short walk to the Vatican. Our room was stunning: incredibly modern, spotlessly clean, and felt like a true luxury boutique experience. But the absolute best part of this hotel is the people who work there. From the moment we checked in, the entire team was exceptionally welcoming, professional and genuinely kind. They offered fantastic local advice, were always available to help with a smile, and truly made us feel at home. It's their outstanding service that makes this place so special. We will absolutely be back and recommend it 100%!
Small but decent rooms for the price. Breakfast was better than expected and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was fine and it wasn’t noisy. I’d stay here again. Because of the elevator still having a few stairs it’s not wheelchair accessible.
