We would highly recommend this hotel We stayed five nights and the staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. They went over and beyond. Nothing was a problem for them, assisting us with taxi/private drivers and helping with organising tours The restaurant part had a great breakfast variety and dinner and the staff were great The hotel is in close proximity, 10 to 20 minute walk from many major tourist attractions The Trevi fountain being the closest Next time in Rome, we will definitely stay here David and Nada
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Hiberia. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance of many of Rome’s major attractions, making it a perfect base for sightseeing. The customer service was outstanding. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. They assisted us with arranging transportation, which made our trip much easier and stress-free. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the combination of a central location, attentive service, and comfortable accommodations. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Hiberia to anyone visiting Rome.
Location is perfect! Not in front of a tourist spot where it could get loud, but walking distance to many sites such as Trevi, Colosseum, Spanish Step, and numerous restaurants. Across the hotel is a delicious gelato shop, cafe, and convenience store. Below the hotel is a pizza place and a boutique. Personnel are so helpful, patient, and welcoming. The hotel emailed us days before our arrival to offer taxi pick-up from the airport. Wow! That’s a first! Talk about awesome service! Room is spacious. The view outside the window is a pleasant surprise. AC and hot water are great. Basic amenities available. There’s a tiny coffee and alcohol bar in the lobby. You will love the elevator. So cool!
We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Hiberia. We originally chose this hotel because it offered a family room for four, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was thoughtfully designed with two separate sleeping areas—one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds—which gave our family plenty of space. The bathroom was also very well laid out, with the sink separate from the toilet and shower area, making it much easier for multiple people to get ready at the same time. The water pressure was outstanding, which was a welcome surprise after long days of sightseeing. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of Monti, the palace, and many of Rome's major attractions. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Whether we needed restaurant recommendations, directions, a taxi, or assistance with anything else, they were always happy to help and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality made a great stay even better. We would happily stay at Hotel Hiberia again and highly recommend it to families visiting Rome.
We stayed in this Hotel 2.5 days. The staff is absolutely amazing. Reception was consistent with every person that I saw that came through. We arrived early - the staff got us checked in - took our bags and gave us an amazing run down of the city! The room was perfect for us. I will say the air conditioning was not quite what we have in the US but it did keep us cool enough. We are used to this when travelling in Europe. We visited due to a birthday and arranged balloons and a cake in the Hotel Restaurant. The staff was so excited to do this - it was amazing! Balloons were perfect and the Birthday Cheesecake was amazing. Great staff - great support - great location and we will likely stay here again if we venture back into Rome! Thanks!
