We had a wonderful stay at Piazza di Spagna 9. The reception team offered warm, thoughtful service from the moment we arrived, and our room was exactly as described—beautifully designed with a fantastic view of the Spanish Steps. The highlight of our visit was the special 35th wedding‑anniversary dinner arranged by Franco. Chef Alessandro exceeded our expectations with a superb seafood‑only tasting menu, created to honor our request to avoid beef and pork. It was personal, memorable, and truly exceptional. Overall, this boutique hotel delivered a great experience, and we’re grateful for the kindness and care shown throughout our stay.

Franco and the team was truly amazing! Their attention to detail, 24/7 service and genuine care for us as guests was truly a luxury experience. We definitely had an incredible stay at their lovely establishment. The food that Alessandro prepared for us during our private dinner was something special. A culinary experience that i can’t ever miss when i come to Rome. We do wish that we were staying longer, but this for sure wont be the last time we come to Rome and all i can say is that we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We appreciate the magnificent service and luxury accommodation.
Best hotel in the perfect location to make a dream trip come true! From the moment we landed to the day of departure we enjoyed the most amazing week in Italy all thanks to the excellent location of our home away from home and the attentive considerate staff at Piazza D'espagne 9. Every detail was exquisitely designed to make it the trip of a lifetime. Some of our favorite tours were the day trip to Villa d'este and tivoli gardens where our tour guide expertly lead us through the gardens and fountains. Lunch was on the edge of the towns ancient acropolis. We will never forget it! Of course the owner Franco planned many gorgeous adventures. Do not miss the tours of the Vatican; the colosseum and Forum; the joyful camaraderie of a group cooking class and the consummate private dining experience with chef Alessandro. The entire trip was unforgettable! It's also important to point out the location - right on the iconic Piazza D'espagna; the rooms were beautifully appointed and sparkling clean; every person that works there was kind and considerate and helpful. Above all - the owner Franco is a gift! #trustfranco and now I see why - he provides the best of the best!

The location right by the Spanish Steps is unbeatable, and the hotel itself is stunning: clean, elegant, and thoughtfully designed with incredible views. What really set this place apart was the service. The team went above and beyond to curate our entire stay, from booking tours to organising unforgettable dining experiences, including personalised chef recommendations. Everything felt seamless, considered, and genuinely tailored to us. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being looked after by people who genuinely care about creating an experience. Highly recommend — 10/10 and would absolutely stay again.
