This hotel is amazing. The suites are stunning. The view of the Pantheon is 100%. Hotel is totally amazing, as are the staff. We were met at our taxi in less than a second and in our amazing palatial suite 301 in seconds staff superb, breakfast the best egg and bacon I’ve had in 50 years! This place is much much better than advertised. In contrast last year Baglioni in Florence was awful in comparison
My family and I had a lovely stay in Palazzo Navonna. They arranged airport transportation directly to the hotel and helped us settle in quickly (it was after midnight and we were exhausted). The hotel staff was always helpful and friendly with us, and we tried the hotel breakfast one of the days. It wasn’t bad, but we liked having breakfast offsite for a little more variety.
We stayed here 6 months ago. We FELL IN LOVE. We stayed here again this Christmas. This hotel is PERFECT. Great beds. Sleep fabulous. Hot shower. BEST BREAKFAST BUFFET. Huge, generous, 100+ delicious items, all you can eat, Fantastic Breakfast. ****Professional Staff****always ready to help you with anything and everything. Front Desk ♥️ Ilenia, Claudia, and Francesco. Angela and Filipina Aina work so fast keeping the breakfast area constantly stocked and pristine looking 100% awesome. Gorgeous rooftop 360° city views. Perfect center of Rome Location. And every inch of this hotel is SUPER CLEAN like brand new. We will stay here every time we come to Rome. ♥️
