Overall, a comfortable stay with a tasteful touch of luxury. The location is truly a standout. Set on the third floor of a grand building (sharing the space with Gucci), the hotel feels instantly elevated and well-placed. Just moments from the Spanish Steps, you’re perfectly positioned for some of Rome’s best cafés, shopping, and key attractions, all within easy walking distance. The staff were another highlight: professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Every interaction felt seamless and no request was too much trouble, which made the whole experience feel effortless from start to finish. As for the room, it’s worth noting that if you’re booking purely for the views, this may not be the best option. In the Deluxe Double, the outlook is mostly onto the opposite building. That said, the trade-off is a peaceful night’s sleep, as it stays impressively quiet after dark. Inside, everything felt clean, polished, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was comfortable and well-maintained, with fresh changes daily, and the overall décor had a stylish, modern finish. The bathroom matched the same standard, although it’s fair to mention that there can be a slight pipe smell, something other guests have noted too. Closing the bathroom door solves it easily. For a short stay, it’s an excellent base: comfortable, quiet, and ideal for resting and recharging, while being right in the heart of the city.
