A Perfect Hotel Experience – Highly Recommended! Our stay at NYX Rome was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The hotel has a unique and vibrant atmosphere that makes it feel special the moment you walk in. The design is modern, stylish, and full of character, creating a truly memorable experience. The service was exceptional! every member of the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The hotel was impeccably clean, and our rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is another major advantage! perfectly situated with easy access to Rome’s main attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. I highly recommend NYX Rome to anyone looking for a stylish hotel with excellent service, outstanding cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again!
We had a mixed stay at NYX Hotel Rome, but thanks to fantastic staff and great amenities, the positives ended up outweighing the negatives. The Pros: Excellent Location: Perfectly situated and very convenient for exploring the city. Delicious Breakfast: Great variety and quality—a wonderful way to start the day. Outstanding Service by Jamil: When our AC went out for the second time, Jamil at the front desk completely saved the day. He immediately acknowledged the issue, listened to us, and swiftly moved us to another room. This is true customer-oriented service and professionalism! A huge thank you to Jamil for turning a stressful situation around. The Cons: Misleading Parking Info: As we are traveling across Europe by car, parking was a critical requirement for us. Trip.com stated parking was available, but it turned out to be under renovation with no prior warning. Minor Room Issues: The initial AC glitch had us proving the windows were closed, and there was no lock on the bathroom door. While the hotel definitely needs to update its parking information online, the fantastic location, delicious food, and especially Jamil's helpfulness made our stay enjoyable in the end.
My agency booked a four-night stay at this hotel, but my experience was disappointing from the very beginning. Upon arrival for check-in on the first night, I was informed that the hotel could not find my reservation. They only had a reservation for the following three nights. It took an unreasonable amount of time for the staff to find a solution and eventually provide me with a room. I was then told that I would have to change rooms the following day and that it would not be possible to stay in the same room for the entire four-night stay. As a result, I unpacked and settled into the room, only to leave the next morning with all of my luggage, check out, and go to work. When I returned in the evening, I was informed that I had actually been assigned the exact same room and that it had not been necessary to check out or move my belongings at all. The explanation given was that they had tried to contact me on the room phone. The problem is that there was no phone in the room, so I have no idea how they expected to reach me. Another issue concerns the complimentary bottled water. The hotel presents this as a welcome gesture upon arrival, but in reality guests only receive one small bottle for the entire stay, regardless of its length. Considering the room rates, it seems illogical that guests staying several nights do not receive additional water, whereas separate one-night bookings would receive a bottle each night. Additionally, on June 25, 2026, there were ongoing construction or maintenance works during the early afternoon. The noise level was extremely high, making it impossible to rest in the room. Finally, the room itself was exceptionally small. There was barely enough space to open a small suitcase, and if more than one person is staying in the room, moving around becomes very difficult. Storage space was also inadequate, with a very small wardrobe that could not reasonably accommodate luggage and clothing for a multi-night stay. Overall, the stay was poorly managed, uncomfortable, and far below expectations. I would not return to this hotel and would not recommend it to others.
Clean and modern rooms. Comfortable beds. Good bathroom with powerful shower and hot water. Hotel has a spa/wellness area which is available for use- just need to let reception know an hour before you want to use it. Good variety of food and dishes at breakfast with a comfortable seating/dining area. Bus station right opposite the hotel and metro station about 5mins walk down the road.
This hotel is incredible! Beautiful design, amazing services and very friendly and helpful staff. I travel very often for work around Europe and this is definitely one of the best hotels I ever experienced. The room was extremely clean, with all these design details, huge smart tv and big windows! The beauty product were high quality ones and the hairdryer was a qualitative one as well, not one of those small, cheap stuffs. Insulation of the room from noises was good and the bed was so so comfortable! Last but not least, the breakfast buffet was great with a wide variety of choices and all very qualitative and delicious! The position of the hotel is perfect as you’re in the middle of everything you need to visit, just 15 min by walk from San Pietro or Fontana di trevi. If I’m back to Rome for leisure, I’ll definitely book a room at Nyx :) Keep up the good work guys!
