First, start with a group activity making Tiramisu, an Italian specialty with an unmistakable taste. Learn how important the fresh ingredients are in creating excellent flavors. Some participants will get to give the chef a hand with making the cream. Others will watch and learn so they can make their own. Then, start make your own pizza, listen as the chef guides you in creating your dough from scratch with flour and water. Learn the right consistency of pizza dough and about the various types of flour. In the second part of the class, sit down and enjoy your homemade meal.
