Description

Your instructor will greet you at the shop and welcome you to the Gelateria in the center of Rome. All the ingredients and machinery will be ready for you to learn how to make this delicious treat. The ice-cream expert will show you first how to make three flavors of gelato, a white base from milk cream, a yellow base from eggs, and a fruit base from fruit.  After the demonstration, you will make one flavor of gelato from a selection. Your instructor will teach you how to use the machinery and the correct amount of each ingredient to use. Then, try your own ice-cream and taste more flavors from the shop.
