We couldn't recommend Casa Monti more! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spectacular decor and stunning design—it truly feels like a work of art. The staff were some of the friendliest and warmest people we met during our trip, making us feel so welcome from start to finish. Although we didn't have the chance to dine at the hotel, we visited both the downstairs and rooftop bars, and each offered a fantastic atmosphere, delicious drinks, and exceptional service. The location was also perfect—nestled in a beautiful neighborhood and just the right distance from the Colosseum to explore Rome while enjoying a quieter, more charming setting. Casa Monti made our stay unforgettable, and we can't wait to return one day. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!
Where to start... this hotel is upscale and it shows in EVERY detail. The staff is absolutely the best. They pay attention to all things. The entire staff is just great, but Francisco or he said, call him Frank, is what all Hotel staff should measure up to.... he is simply fantastic. The rooms are spacious and the decor is done nicely, (shower is REALLY nice and large). The restaurant and it staff is also held to the same standards, nicely designed and decorated and has 3 different setting areas, each unique. Something we noticed, even the staircase/ Stairways were done to the same elegance as the rest of the hotel decor. I can simply say this, our stay in Roma was great and the sights were amazing, but to me, the hotel experience elevated the whole vacation. Definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Roma.
I stayed at Casa Monti from June 9th-June 12th. The property is uniquely designed with bold use of colors and fabrics, modern yet fitting to classical Roman furnishings and materials, marble and well maintained antiques all through out. The property is small and quaint, but impressive and well thought out in regard to interior design. We were greeted by the lovely Ludovica from Reception. She was welcoming, confident, and incredibly knowledgable about the property and surrounding area of Monti - the perfect first impression for Casa Monti and it’s team. Throughout our stay we had dinner at Casa Monti restaurant, which was also pleasant experience with a very attentive front of house team at the restaurant. We experienced almost no negative aspects during our stay apart from a few inconsistencies with housekeeping - which were all acceptable mistakes for a new hotel. Upon informing Francesco of the Reception team upon our check out, he was understanding and very receptive to our comments. Francesco was everything you would want in a team member in such a fine establishment. A warm and talented individual that would make you want to return purely based on his sociability and generosity. A special thanks to both Francesco and Ludovica from Reception. Many people can learn a great deal of skills required in this industry from these 2 talented individuals. Grazie Casa Monti team and we look forward to staying with you during our next visit in Rome.
We had a really lovely stay at Casa Monti Roma and would absolutely come back. The location is perfect and the hotel itself is beautiful, genuinely one of the most design led places we have stayed. What made it special was the attention to detail throughout, from the slippers to every little touch in the room, it all felt considered and personal. The staff were wonderful. Friendly, warm and full of brilliant restaurant recommendations that made our trip so much better. You could tell they genuinely love what they do. If you are looking for somewhere in Rome that feels special without being stuffy, this is it. We loved every bit of it.
Just a fabulous boutique hotel in every way. Situated on a beautiful cobbled street in wonderful Monti. Interior design is stunning and individual in the rooms. You feel like it is your Roman home and not a hotel. The food at breakfast, lunch and dinner make it hard to eat out! The service from every single member of staff is exceptional which must show how much they love working there too. Rooftop bar has fabulous cocktails and views and also a great view from the spa. As soon as you walk into the beautiful lobby you know you have made the right choice. Do not hesitate in booking this hotel.
