Second tome this year in this wonderful hotel. Extremely well located in the heart of Rome steps from Piazza di Spagna. Amazing service and very good breakfast. So far my favorite hotel in Rome
We had an amazing stay at Maison Roma Piazza di Spagna | UNA Esperienze. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. The reception team was outstanding. They were always friendly, professional, and responded very quickly to anything we requested. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.
Very nice modern hotel in a fantastic location with friendly staff. We especially appreciated how quiet the rooms were (no neighboring room sounds!) and the little complimentary gifts were a nice touch. We also appreciated that the room was cleaned every day (in many hotels this is no longer the case). That said, the sustainability participation the hotel is apparently a part of that I leaned about when hotel sent an email with their stay review form was not known to us during our stay. If it was an option to forgo room cleaning for sustainability on some of the days, we would have likely opted for it, but it was not known to us that it was an option (if it was). As for the negative, I would encourage the hotel to reconsider the paid early check-in policy. If a room is ready early, just let your paying customers check in instead of asking for an additional 50 Euros. This whole "room is ready but pay us 50 or at least 40 to check in early" was off-putting on arrival, even though we were ultimately given the keys some 45 min before the check-in time which was nice. I gathered from the receptionist that paid early check-in was hotel policy since she said that she would let us check in "if she could."
Stayed here for my first visit to Rome and I’m so glad I chose this hotel! The hotel location is perfect - close to amenities, metro, shopping. Etc but located in a quiet picturesque street. The reception staff were so friendly, especially Samira who made me feel comfortable as a solo traveler and gave me a great recommendation for dinner. The breakfast spread was perfect and it was all you need to start your day. The room was super clean and the bed was so comfortable. I would definitely stay here again 👍
Love this hotel! Location is just perfect, in a very romantic and quiet street but close to all famous locations. Rooms are spacious and recently refurbished. There is a coffee machine in the room if you like me, need caffeine first thing in the morning to even get out of bed! Reception has been very kind and helped me with a booking issue.
