Although this isn’t a luxury hotel by any means, all the necessities you need for an amazing stay you’ll find here. We stayed in the Campo suite overlooking the piazza and also had a balcony that wrapped around where we could also see the rooftops of Rome. The bed was very comfortable, the AC was in good shape, and the room was very very clean. It was also beautiful. We will be returning and staying here!
I made a stupid mistake with the booking and wasn't able to come on the dates I selected. They didn't approve any refund - not even partial. I understand, rules are rules, and it was my mistake and mine only - but seriously, there was enough time for you to fill the booking and for an intelligent, friendly and foremost FAIR solution.
This is the perfect place if you are staying in rome for visiting. It is close to everything by foot, the public transport are a 5 minutes walk. They are so kind, and helpful, they respond very quickly. The room was made everyday perfectly. We had a wonderful stay!
