This experience combines two Italian traditions—pasta and spritz cocktails—in an intimate, relaxed setting just steps from the Colosseum. Your mixologist will guide you through making three classic spritzes: Aperol, Hugo, and Limoncello.
After learning cocktail techniques, you’ll prepare fresh Roman pasta from scratch. Choose between carbonara or cacio e pepe as you knead, shape, and cook your pasta in the traditional way. The class concludes with enjoying your meal alongside a final Limoncello spritz with fellow participants.
