Description
Pastamania is located near the Pantheon and Piazza Venezia inside historic Palazzo Grazioli on Via della Gatta. This 3-hour class offers an immersive introduction to Italian cuisine, where you will knead, roll, and shape ravioli, tortelli, and fettuccine under expert guidance.
Participants prepare their own pasta, then share a meal cooked together with a slow-simmered tomato sauce and a fresh butter and sage sauce made on site. The experience blends pasta-making theory, tradition, and creativity.
You will dine communally while chatting with other guests, enjoying organic Tuscan wine, a traditional limoncello shot, and dessert. Each participant receives an English recipe booklet to recreate the dishes at home.
The entrance is located at the back corner of Palazzo Grazioli, where a marble cat statue marks the historic street called Via della Gatta.
