Description
Join a local chef in Rome for a three-hour workshop blending mixology and cooking. You will learn to prepare three types of Spritz cocktails—Aperol, Hugo, and Limoncello—while making fresh handmade pasta and a classic Roman sauce such as carbonara or cacio e pepe.
The session begins with an Aperol Spritz, followed by a Hugo Spritz served during pasta making. Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you will roll, cut, and cook your own fettuccine. The experience concludes with a Limoncello Spritz as you enjoy the meal you prepared with the group and chef.
