The Pasta & Gelato option teaches you how to make traditional pasta shapes from scratch with expert chef guidance. Afterward, enjoy a gelato or sorbetto tasting. Note that gelato is served as a tasting with no live gelato-making demonstration included.
The Pizza & Gelato option lets you become a pizzaiolo for a day, learning to knead and stretch Roman-style pizza dough and add toppings. The class ends with a gelato demonstration or tasting, suitable for families.
The Live Italian Opera Dinner Show combines a cooking demonstration, multi-course dinner, unlimited wine, and live opera performances by a singer and pianist. This option offers a sophisticated evening of Italian food and music.
