- Strollers and wheelchairs are allowed if notified at booking or in advance
- Meeting point and pick-up: Piazza del Popolo 11, in front of the Leonardo da Vinci Museum. Please wait outside the entrance without entering. For hotel pick-up, wait outside the main hotel entrance at street level. The driver arrives with the vehicle and is easy to recognize. Maximum wait time is 10 minutes after tour start time.
