Step inside a real Roman home and discover the traditions of Italian cooking with Ele through a warm and intimate small-group experience.
During this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to prepare fresh handmade pasta from scratch using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Together, we’ll knead, shape and prepare homemade pasta before pairing it with one of Rome’s most iconic sauces: carbonara, cacio e pepe or amatriciana, while learning the stories and cultural traditions behind each recipe.
To finish on a sweet note, we’ll make classic homemade tiramisù or traditional Roman ciambelline al vino.
Throughout the experience, you’ll enjoy a tasting of local Lazio wines carefully paired with the dishes we prepare together.
This is more than just a cooking class — it’s an opportunity to experience the atmosphere of a true Roman kitchen, share stories around the table and discover Italian hospitality from the inside.
The experience takes place in my home in Rome in a relaxed and welcoming environment designed for small groups, allowing everyone to cook together and enjoy a more personal experience. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a traditional Roman building offering beautiful panoramic views over the city skyline, from the Castelli Romani to the EUR district and the iconic Gazometro.
The menu can be customized at the time of booking, and special dietary requests can often be accommodated with advance notice.
