Meet at Rome’s Termini Station to board a modern high-speed train to Naples. After an approximately one-hour journey, transfer by private, air-conditioned coach to the Pompeii ruins.
With skip-the-line entrance, explore the archaeological park independently, wandering ancient streets lined with remnants of bakeries, shops, and brothels. Observe plaster casts of victims from Mt. Vesuvius’s eruption, preserving the tragic final moments of the city.
After about five hours at Pompeii, you can take a leisurely lunch or browse local shops before returning to the designated meeting point. Then, travel by coach back to Naples and continue by high-speed train to Rome, completing a smooth round trip.
