Description
This is a fun cooking class in Rome where you get to make two Italian favorites: pasta and tiramisu.
You start with a glass of prosecco to say hello to Rome. Then a local chef shows you how to make fresh fettuccine pasta by hand, and teaches you how to cook it with a creamy carbonara sauce or a cheesy cacio e pepe sauce. You also learn how to make tiramisu, a soft, sweet dessert with coffee and cream.
All the ingredients, equipment, and aprons are provided, so you don't need to bring anything. Once the cooking is done, you sit down and eat the pasta you made, along with some local wine, and finish with the tiramisu for dessert.
The class lasts 3 hours and is easy for beginners. It's held in a small group of up to 15 people, and it's wheelchair accessible, so more people can join in and enjoy the experience.
