Redemption Information

Collect your OMNIA Card and Roma Pass in Rome by presenting your voucher QR code at one of the redemption centres. If visiting the Vatican Museums on your collection day, arrive at least one hour before your entry time.

• Passes are valid for 1 year from purchase but activate on first use; after activation, passes last 72 hours.
• Opening hours vary due to special events; check websites before visiting.
• Bus service runs a reduced schedule over Christmas and New Year; no service on December 25.
• Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel closed Sundays, except the last Sunday of the month, and public holidays.
• The pass is for individual use; groups over 9 may be denied entry.
• Redemption desks are closed on August 15, November 1, and December 25.
