As the lights dim, the experience comes to life. Watch expert chefs prepare fresh pasta right before your eyes during a live cooking show. Dough is rolled, ravioli are shaped by hand, and simple ingredients are transformed into authentic Italian dishes. You may also witness pasta tossed inside a wheel of Parmigiano — a signature Roman tradition.

- Please inform us in advance of any food allergies or intolerances. Unfortunately, this experience is not suitable for celiacs. Vegetarian and alternative options are available upon request, and advance notice is required.
This experience is not suitable for children under 8 years old. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult; otherwise, access may be denied without refund.
The dinner is designed for small groups of up to 20 guests, but on certain evenings participation may increase, with a maximum capacity of 36 guests.
Please note that this experience is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments.
