- Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund
- The order of visit of the three sites may vary to offer the best possible customer experience on the day
- Large bags, backpacks, and suitcases are not permitted in the Colosseum and Roman Forum, and there is no cloakroom to store them
- Please note: All participant names are required at the time of booking in order to enter the Colosseum. If we do not receive all customers’ full names, we will cancel the booking. Every customer is required to carry a valid ID that matches the name on the ticket, or entry will be refused. Name changes are not permitted once the booking is confirmed
