Make your way to the Stigliano Thermal Baths in Canale Monterano, about 50 km from Rome, and treat yourself to a day dedicated to wellness in a place linked to an ancient thermal tradition dating back to Roman times and immersed in the nature of the Monterano Nature Reserve.

After arriving at the facility, enter the Helius Day Spa and begin your independent route through the areas dedicated to relaxation. Discover the indoor whirlpool, the Roman sweat cave, the sauna and bio-sauna, the salt room, the infrared and aromatherapy rooms, the cold room with an ice waterfall, and the sensory showers.

Then continue to the available outdoor thermal areas, where you can relax among ponds and pools fed by thermal waters, surrounded by the greenery of the park. Some pools and outdoor areas are accessible depending on the season and weather conditions.

During the experience, you will have access to a locker and the spa kit included with admission, consisting of a bathrobe and towel. Enjoy the route at your own pace and, at the end of the allotted access time, leave the facility from the same complex as the Stigliano Thermal Baths.
