Description
Enjoy an authentic experience in the heart of the Castelli Romani region with a guided tour of a historic family-run estate, the first organic farm in the Frascati area.
The experience begins with a walk through the vineyards, which have been cultivated using organic methods for over thirty years. Accompanied by a family member, you will learn about the grape varieties, the vine's life cycle, and the sustainable approach that defines the winery’s production.
The tour continues in the winery, where you will have the opportunity to observe the winemaking and aging processes up close and gain insight into what makes the estate's wines unique.
At the end of your visit, you can choose from two tasting options to customize your experience: a tasting of 2 selected wines accompanied by appetizers, or a tasting of 3 organic wines paired with a generous platter of local specialties, including prosciutto, cheeses, and traditional wine doughnuts.
A comprehensive experience that combines nature, tradition, and flavor, ideal for those who want to learn more about the world of wine in an authentic, family-run setting.
