Description
Cantina Fabullus is located beneath an 18th-century building in Trastevere and restored from a 1st-century AD Roman cistern. The cellar is elegantly furnished with antique pieces, creating a timeless atmosphere for wine tasting.
With expert sommeliers and professional hosts, guests embark on a multisensory journey through Italy's rich wine heritage. The experience is available in multiple languages, making it accessible and engaging for all visitors.
Participants learn the fundamentals of Italian wine tasting, including identifying aromas, flavors, and textures, while exploring the stories behind each label. Two tasting options are offered:
- Premium tasting: High-quality wines from renowned Italian regions.
- Deluxe tasting: Includes iconic wines such as Barolo, Brunello di Montalcino, and Amarone.
Tastings feature 3, 4, 5, or 6 wines depending on the selected option. The sessions are interactive and relaxed, allowing guests to ask questions and compare wines to deepen appreciation of Italian winemaking traditions.
