Description
Join a hands-on Italian cooking class in one of Rome’s most loved local neighborhoods, just steps from Ponte Milvio and a short walk from the Stadio Olimpico.
Be welcomed with a glass of prosecco inside a restaurant featuring a space exclusively dedicated to cooking classes, equipped with professional workstations.
Start by preparing a classic Aperol Spritz using real bar tools (with a non-alcoholic orange-based option available). Then, move on to the kitchen to make traditional Southern Italian maccheroni - similar to American elbow macaroni - with your choice of tomato sauce or four-cheese sauce. Finally, prepare the iconic Italian tiramisù.
This is a fully hands-on experience: each participant will make their own drink, pasta, and dessert while learning essential techniques throughout the class.
At the end, enjoy your creations—indoors or outdoors—with drinks, water, and coffee included.
