Step into the heart of Core Urban Distillery, Rome's first urban distillery, located in the industrial charm of the Mandrione neighborhood in the Tuscolana area. Enjoy an authentic experience in the world of craft spirits, where tradition, passion and experimentation come together in every single bottle. The tour begins with a welcome from our Master Distiller and an introduction to the history of Core, the meaning of its name, and the birth of the concept of an urban distillery in the capital. You will then continue into our artisanal workshop to get a close-up look at our still and the production stages: from the meticulous selection of natural botanicals to processing in small batches, including the secrets of traditional distillation without shortcuts or artificial flavorings. The tour culminates with a guided tasting of our flagship spirits. You will learn to recognize the aromatic profiles and nuances of our classic and contemporary gins. Each sip will be accompanied by a detailed explanation of the ingredients and techniques used, offering you a true sensory journey. At the end of the experience, you will receive a complimentary exclusive 100-ml miniature bottle of gin to take with you. You'll also have plenty of time to satisfy all your curiosities about the world of mixology and spirits and to explore our company shop.
