Description
Begin with a short urban ride before reaching the Ancient Appian Way. Cycle past ancient tombs and the ruins of an Imperial palace while your guide provides historical insights beyond typical Rome landmarks.
Leaving the Appian Way, continue along Roman aqueducts surrounded by countryside that recalls Rome’s past landscapes. The route includes traffic-free park trails and concludes with a return to central Rome.

Important Information
- The tour covers approximately 27 kilometers; about 60% off-road and 40% on city streets with some unavoidable traffic
- This is an intermediate-level tour; challenging with a child seat or extension
- Helmet use is mandatory
- Infants under 1 year cannot join; infants 1–4 years ride free on child seats (max 22 kg/49 lbs)
- Children 5–8 years receive a child extension; those 9+ can use appropriately sized e-bikes
- Maximum combined rider and equipment weight: 136 kg (300 lbs)
- Minimum of 4 participants required; if not met, an alternative or refund is offered
