We stayed here for a few days. The air conditioning was great. The beds comfortable. Clean. Room service every day. The staff was wonderful. Mayra was very nice and helpful, spoke perfect English. She helped talk to manager for us to have a place during stay after checkout. The manager Andrea took care of us, even getting us an apartment for a reasonable extra cost so we had a place to store our luggage and shower (after checkout) before our flight at 7pm. Jessica cooked our eggs perfectly each time for the breakfast on the terrace. Her pastries were delicious and she was very serviceable, bringing us cold and fresh water and juice upin request. The staff working the 3rd shift were also very helpful, speaking English well and bringing us a bucket of ice every night upon request. Ice is a luxury here. The location is prime. The Colloseum literally walking distance. We will return in September and stay here.
Amazing hotel! Location, Connectivity, Hotel Staff, Creative Room (mine was 301), everything was top notch! The only drawback I could find is no door for shower/bath tub but since we stayed as couple that wasn’t an issue. We had an early flight to catch in the morning so they kept the breakfast ready before time & packed it so that we could have it on our way to airport. 😊 If you’re staying as a couple, there couldn’t be a better hotel than this. ❤️
Okay yes young folk gather outside at night but it’s not as bad as people make it, wife and I had no trouble sleeping any day. The room was huge, not too many guest, custom coffees made by the gentleman upstairs for breakfast! Super friendly staff! The shower in the middle of the room was not a problem at all! Again one of the biggest rooms in Rome for sure! Ac works great! Safe and beautiful place in Monti! Honestly would stay again here because everything was close including the metro! Not to mention some of the best fettuccine alfredo down the street. Actually the best. Gelato place across the street. Honestly it’s a cost effective place that punches above its price range! Staff were excellent!
A well-located hotel just 2 minutes from the metro. Within a few minutes’ walk, we were at the Colosseum. There’s a bar in front, but from our room we didn’t hear any noise. The bathroom was modern and the room itself was clean and beautiful. It didn’t have a window, but since we chose the cheapest option, I understand. The star of the place is Roman (at the breakfast room), who makes the whole hotel experience incredible, making us feel at home. Congratulations on having such an employee.
