Hotel Castellino Roma

It was a lovely stay for the entire period. First of all, we were in dire need of a room as the accomodation we’ve reserved was horrible and they resolved us as soon as possible. Daniel was lovely and he handled our need. Then Daniela made our holiday very pleasant as she handled every need we had, restaurant reservations for my wife’s birthday, transport to the airport and more. The servers from the restaurant were very nice aswell and the food was quite good. Overall, the holiday was nice because of the people and for the fact that it was very clean
A slightly quirky layout, as rooms are set across two buildings. Super friendly & helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Fantastic location with easy waking to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps.
The staff at the Hotel Castellino was exceptional - Very welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. they addressed all of our questions promptly and went over and above to make sure our stay was enjoyable; even so far as helping us make car and train reservations, and helping me fix my wheelchair. Daniela was especially helpful. The location is central to many points, including the Trevi fountain, the Colosseum, the Palatine Hill, The Pantheon and the Spanish Steps. Very convenient.
I had a very pleasant stay at Castelinno Hotel in Rome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after long days of exploring the city. A special mention goes to Mrs. Daniela, who was extremely kind and helpful. She assisted us with everything we needed and made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience with friendly service. I would definitely come back again.
Traveling to Italy with my family, we have never stayed in such an outstanding hotel. Firstly, the location is superb—for instance, you can reach the Trevi Fountain in just 10 minutes. Secondly, the rooms are lovely and clean, and the breakfasts are delicious. However, what truly makes this place exceptional is the incredibly friendly staff. We would especially like to thank David for the brief conversations and for showcasing the beauty of the Italian language. Grazie mille!
