We stayed at this hotel twice before and after a cruise. The first stay was great and would have caused me to leave a 5-star review. Great location and nice staff. Our room was inside the main building where the lobby and breakfast is and the A/C worked well. The fridge didn’t work, but we were otherwise comfortable. For our second stay, however, they put us in a different building only accessible via a two-person elevator or 4 flights of stairs. The view from the room was beautiful, but the A/C was very weak and the fridge didn’t work again. We were overheating without cold water after very sweaty days in Rome. I paid about $700 per night, which seems too high when these issues were present.
Easily the best hotel we stayed at in Italy. Couldn’t imagine a better view of Rome. Hotel rooms were very modern, nice and extremely clean. A/C was solid. But you still get the feeling you are staying in a historic Roman building. Rooftop breakfast is the cherry on top. The perfect cross section between a true Rome experience and a great comfortable stay.
Fantastic hotel in a great location. Perfect for families with friendly staff, well equipped rooms and a nice breakfast. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more! Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome.
We came for a short 2 night stay and is the best three star hotel ever. Staff were friendly and nice, and we also got complimentary upgrades to a room with an absolutely stunning view. The breakfast was also ok but having a lock on the main door and a password for the lift made us feel a lot more safe as we are in Rome. Every tourist attraction is also within walking distance. Would highly recommend!
