This was one of our favorite hotels on our 2 week trip through Europe! The reviews online don’t do it justice. The rooms are spacious modern and very clean! The staff was extremely helpful patient and kind( especially to our little kids who can sometimes be a handful). The location was perfect 5-8 minutes one way at you’re at the Trevi and the other way you’re at the Pantheon! Shopping in both directions. I would definitely return when we visit Rome and have already been recommending this hotel to everyone! As a family of four we found the suite spacious with a pullout king in the living room (it was actually a king vs 2 twins and a very comfy). Sad that we didn’t stay longer but looking forward to a return the pictures in the reviews don’t do this place justice!
Stayed here for 5 nights recently. The 1st room I was given was bad...the most basic functionality, a warm shower, was not working. The water will be small and then abit bigger, and most importantly, the warm (not hot, just mildly warm water) would run for 10seconds, then stop. The first time I waited for about 20 to 30 seconds with shampoo in my hair, and abit of warm water came on but barely for 10 seconds. Then it just got cold all the way, and my spouse had to endure cold water while we showered at night. Same thing happened over the next 2 days and each time we made multiple trips to Reception and were told the shower will be fixed the next day. I have to say that the male hotel staff on night duty were very responsible and tried very hard to help us. I applaud them on their efforts and professionalism. I would have rated the hotel one star if the shower issue was not resolved as I feel that is a basic need. Eventually we asked for a change in room and it was back to normal shower function. The hotel location is very good, sort of between Navona and Pantheon and quiet, near to bus stops, lots of eateries and cages and shopping. Sightseeing is easy via bus or walking. I would have rated the 2nd room t stars as everything was functioning well, place is quiet, size of.room is good and location is superb.I also like the chairs in the room as that is quite useful and the shower toiletries are good too. So I averaged it and put 4 stars as an overall rating.
The location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Lots of choice for food. Rooms are good. Bed was a bit hard for my liking. For sure a central location it was remarkably quiet at night. Very happy with the place. The staff were extremely polite and helpful.
