Had an amazing stay for 3 days 2 night at the end of June! The staff is extremely friendly and gave several recommendations for our stay. Upon arrival we were upgraded and our room was spacious, very clean, and had lovely natural light with windows that looked over the street. We visited during quite a heatwave and the AC was fantastic. There is a small sitting room with water, cookies, and a coffee machine that came in handy after we checked out and had some time to kill before our train. The location is also great and I would highly recommend staying here!
I cannot say enough about this hotel. The room is quite spacious (esp by European standards), is beautifully decorated, the bed is large and comfortable, and the air conditioning works very well (and we really like a cold room and stayed here in late April). The hotel is in a perfect tourist location and is immensely convenient for walking to any number of popular sights and a very wide range of restaurants. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. The rooms are up a set of stairs in a building that has several different things in it, and the elevator’s very small and a bit awkward. Overall, EXCELLENT place to stay.
Extreme Positives: Extremely nice and accommodating staff, large and clean rooms including the bathroom. Minor Negatives: Elevator to the hotel is 4 to 5 steps up from entrance hall. Air conditioning is not available in April, windows open and it is fine at night. We will definitely make it out go to when in Rome.
The owners and staff at Relais Rione Ponte were so friendly and helpful! Mary Ann, Laura and Sylvia were professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. The rooms were very clean, with new, comfortable mattresses and cozy linens. The location is superb, a few steps from Piazza Navona and an easy walk to all the sights of Rome. We will definitely stay here again!
This place is a gem. I would stay here over and over again. The room was modern, beautiful views, super clean, and the staff was amazing. A complimentary bottle of wine was offered at the time of arrival. Situated within a walking distance from centro, valencia, and all other attractions is just an icing on the cake.
