Challenging to review this one because I was there a short time. Communication is quite convoluted: because I checked in after 10pm there was no one on staff. Per the instructions, I travelled to the partner hotel to retrieve the room key to be told, no need. There is a lock box. The team were polite and helpful, but the communication could be tightened. Quality: the hotel is very clean, however my door was to all intents and purposes, broken. To open the room door, after calls for help late at night, I was told I had to lean and shove the room door and THEN swipe the key. Honestly, seemed like a known issue, why not just fix it? There were pieces of metal fixtures in the floor of the shower? When I made tea in the morning, when I added the milk, white bits floated to the top of the cup? Location: phenomenal. Can’t get a better location. Overall, fine if stay again for a super short trip, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a weekend break. The quality was just really not there.
Great central hotel. Relatively low cost given the location and service. Special mention for the house keeping who did an excellent job every day cleaning and making up the room, made extra difficult by the amount of luggage and mess we left in the room (sorry). Would gladly stay there again
Visiting the various parts of Rome, you really appreciate what a wonderful location the hotel is in. It’s central to most places. The hotel is also close to a lot of good restaurants. You are spoiled for choice. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The area is very quiet at night. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choice. Last but not least, the staff are really helpful. The hotel comes highly recommended.
