Great boutique hotel within walking distance of most of central Rome and the subway. Nice and very helpful staff! Rooms were nice and clean, with excellent sound-proofing. Breakfast was great, too! Bonus with a rooftop bar to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. Recommended!
Amazing hotel experience. The rooms were beautifully done and had everything we needed. All the staff, reception, breakfast and bar staff were outstanding and a credit to the hotel. Location for us was perfect just close enough to all attractions and tge train station.
My parents recommended this hotel to my husband and me, as they had stayed there a few times themselves. It was an excellent recommendation and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very centrally located, right next to Termini Station. This is very convenient if you want to travel by train from the airport to the city centre and vice versa. Despite its central location, the hotel is very quiet which is really nice. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and modern and cleaned daily. The hotel staff, especially Luca, were very friendly and helpful. While checking in, Luca noticed that my birthday would fall during our stay at the hotel, so he arranged a bottle of Prosecco with a birthday message which were waiting for me at our hotel room. It was a really lovely surprise and a thoughtful gesture. We would stay at this hotel any time again. Thank you for everything and till the next time!
The Doria Palace Hotel offers a superb location, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the city. The staff at the reception and during breakfast provided outstanding service, always attentive and friendly. Their recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants were excellent and greatly enhanced our experience. What particularly stood out was the proactive communication regarding any potential limitations, ensuring there were no surprises during our stay. The room was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend the Doria Palace Hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-organized stay. It truly exceeded our expectations in every way.
A small but modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Luca and Ana were very welcoming and accommodating. Clean quiet rooms, all necessary amenities. The location is close to the main train hub, which is good if you want to commute by train and not good if you want to be closer to main Rome attractions and graffiti free streets. Still a 20-30 min walking distance everywhere. The elevator is very small as others mentioned so don't expect to fit in with a large suitcase. There are stairs. We didn't try the breakfast there but there are two breakfast places across the street so not a problem. Overall a great hotel for reasonable price. Would recommend.
