Very quaint and lovely. The room was a little tight, but, the overall charm and amenities were wonderful! The staff was great and the breakfast was some of the best food we had while on our trip. Definitely will be back. Easy access to everything ny walking. Just off the main streets and bert quiet. Everyone was so helpful.
We enjoyed our stay. The room was small but very nice and the latge bathroom was fantastic. Possibly the best shower I have ever had in a hotel. Very roomy with Amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They also offer a bunch of free local activities. The location was PERFECT within walking distance to almost everything. We would stay here again
Service and location were excellent! Our room didn’t have great air conditioning. I’m not picky but the room felt damp because temps were clocking at high 80s all week and low 90s. We didn’t mention it but that was really the only downfall for us. Otherwise it was great and very welcoming staff! Helpful and quick to order taxis too.
We recently stayed at Hotel Britannia and had a fantastic experience. The standout feature is easily the service. It is absolutely top tier. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to be helpful, welcoming, and attentive. The location is also amazing for exploring Rome. It is incredibly convenient and makes getting around the city a breeze. As for the rooms, they are definitely on the tighter side when it comes to space, but they are still very nice, clean, and well-maintained. If you do not mind a slightly smaller room in exchange for unbeatable service and a prime location, I highly recommend staying here. I would definitely return.
My wife and I stayed at the Britannia Hotel as our first stop on a Rick Steves’ Heart of Italy tour. It was also our first hotel stay in Italy and outside the USA. The staff was helpful and accommodating, and our room was very nice. Breakfast was absolutely incredible! Mario did a great job of taking us around the Monti neighborhood for a free Street Food tour. We had our first taste of Cacio d’ Pepe and a high quality gelato. He was the best! Thank you for making our stay memorable!
