A lovely hotel with everything you need for a stay in Rome. The rooms were a good size, very clean and had nice views over the local streets. The location was perfect for visiting all of the major tourist attractions and the old city. We walked to the Colloseum, the Pantheon and Vatican City. We also visited the old city shopping area near Plaza Novana several times which was just a few minutes away. Breakfast was set in a quiet terrace and had enough food options to keep the four of us happy. To top it off the staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. Overall a lovely place to call home for a few days.
Stayed here in July 2026 during the heatwave that hit Europe and so temps were close to 35/36 degrees celsius. We were SO grateful to arrive to a cooled room that had perfectly functioning AC. We even put the AC down to 16 degrees to cool ourselves off after a particularly tough day of sightseeing. My only qualm is that they do not have staff on the premises 24/7. The staff I believe leave around 10PM and don't arrive again until 7AM. Nevertheless, they arranged for a taxi to pick us up and transport us to the airport at 5:45AM, so all in all I highly recommend this boutique hotel.
This is a fantastic hotel, close to all the major sites in Rome. It is about a five-minute walk to the Pantheon, 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain, and 20 minutes to the Colosseum. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served on the cutest patio! The food itself was basic but quite good, and it was a great way to start the day. The room was spacious and comfortable, with an “Old Rome” feel and all the necessary amenities.
Rooms in this historic building, on a quiet street just around the corner from the Pantheon, are comfortable and clean with good modern bathrooms - there’s a lift too, which isn’t a given in buildings of this vintage. Some rooms look out over the golden walls of the central courtyard and the breakfast ‘sunroom’ on the terrace surrounded by spring flowers, greenery and the balconies of locals’ apartments. The breakfast offering is well above average – sleep with your window open and wake to the smell of baking pastries. Staff are friendly and helpful and it’s walking distance to anywhere you’ll want to go in Rome. Great value, great location!
Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. High ratings for a 3star hotel it’s a great basic, super clean and excellent location. You may get a bit of noise from the street based on where your room is and we heard our neighbours sometimes but overall , it’s fine since it’s Rome and you’ll be busy roaming around. I’d stay here again for a short trip!!
