Twenty One Hotel
Rome
レビュー
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our experience at Hotel Twenty One was truly exceptional. From the moment we made our reservation until the end of our son’s stay, the entire team was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. Every email we sent was answered promptly, thoughtfully, and with genuine care. We would especially like to thank Andrea. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help gave us great peace of mind. Our son stayed at the hotel on his own, and knowing that he was surrounded by such caring people meant so much to us. When he had a problem with his phone charger, Andrea immediately found a solution and kindly provided him with a Lightning cable. We will never forget his kindness and support. Because of the outstanding hospitality shown by the entire team, Hotel Twenty One will always be our first choice whenever we visit Rome. We will gladly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Thanks to the warmth and care you showed us, it truly feels as though we have a second home in Rome. Thank you, Andrea, and thank you to the entire Hotel Twenty One team. We are already looking forward to staying with you again on our next visit to Rome.
Highly recommended! The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet it is within short walking distance to all the main attractions of the city. The rooms are of a high standard. The housekeeping service is excellent, keeping everything spotlessly clean, fresh, and organized daily. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to every single need. As a solo female traveler, they made me feel very comfortable and cared for. I had an amazing experience there, and I will definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to Rome.
First of all, I have to say that we really enjoyed our four-day stay at this hotel during our vacation in Rome. The room was spacious and had a big window, which I especially liked, as well as a large bathroom with a bidet, which was a great bonus. The room was always clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job throughout our stay. The hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful at all times. special thanks to Tatiana for her kindness and support. I also enjoyed the breakfast, although I would not say it was quite as exceptional as described in some other reviews. The hotel is located in Prati, which is a very nice neighborhood, and it is only a 15–20 minute walk from many of Rome’s main tourist attractions. The only major attraction that felt quite far away was the Colosseum. The only downside, which I didn’t really understand, was that there was no proper duvet on the bed.that caused me to freeze the first night after we discovered that they actually only had throw blankets in the wardrobe. Other than that everything was great and I can highly recommend a stay at this hotel
A great contemporary hotel with all the modern amenities and excellent location to local spots & the subways. The service was polite, professional & went out of their way to make our stay easy & memorable. We had an American group traveling and many of the staff understood & spoke English, helping us with all our requests. Food service was top tier. The breakfast buffet has bakery delights, of top shelf to easy comfort foods for all types including vegetarian & gluten free options. The cafe bar made our morning espresso excellent. Wifi worked & many were able to log in & do their work from their rooms. The rooms trended to be hotter with the thermostat. We had to figure out how to adjust accordingly. Room service came daily and did a great job. Many rooms had a lovely view of Rome too. The gym was just out the front of the main entrance and had just what we needed. I would highly recommend for your next stay in Rome.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I use a wheelchair, so accessibility was my main priority when choosing where to stay. The hotel is fully accessible, with elevators and step-free access throughout. The room was adapted and spacious, with plenty of room to turn comfortably. I especially liked the bathroom it was very convenient and well designed. There were grab bars for support, a shower chair, and a wide sink where I could place my toiletries. The mirror was tilted, making it easier to see, and there was also a heated towel rack, which was absolutely amazing. Toiletries were provided as well. We stayed at the end of February, and the room had air conditioning with a heating function, so it was warm and comfortable. The room was clean, and housekeeping came every day. One evening it was a bit noisy outside when the window was open, but once we closed it, we couldn’t hear anything at all neither the street nor the neighbors. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help with anything. The restaurant is wonderful, with a beautiful view over the city and even a view of the Vatican dome. Breakfast was included, which was very convenient. The selection is not huge, but it is varied fruit, eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, you definitely won’t leave hungry. There is also a terrace at the restaurant. The location is excellent. It’s about a 10–15 minute slow walk to the Vatican. We reached all the historical landmarks on foot because everything is quite close to the hotel. There is a bus stop about 5–10 minutes away, although I didn’t use it. There are also restaurants nearby if you get hungry, and it’s possible to have lunch or dinner at the hotel restaurant for an additional fee. It was truly a comfortable stay where I didn’t have to think about my basic needs. The only things I had to think about were the cobblestones in the city center and the crowds during peak hours. I highly recommend this hotel thanks to my stay there, I returned home with very positive emotions.
