Great experience staying at Hotel White! The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing local knowledge and recommendations of what to eat and where to sight-see. The included breakfast was a great start to our days. The staff speak English well, which was very helpful for us and appreciated. It is located nearby to public transport to visit attractions and a very short walk from Trevi Fountain (you can see it multiple times a day). Very clean rooms with air conditioning and a quiet nights sleep.
Great location , central tourist attractions. Easy to get around and metro near by. Breakfast buffet was amazing. However, front desk staff a person name Paolo, very rode and unpleasant. He has a bad attitude and unprofessional. I complained about him to the other staff members but doesnt seem to help. On the other hand, the night staff was amazing, helpful and super friendly. If the hotel manager is reading this post, will be happy to share more info about Mr.Paolo.
Hotel was a perfect location, be ready to be in the heart of tourist central though. Relatively loud outside until it gets pretty late due to location. Rooms were pretty nice. Will say my tub had some mold in the jets which was gross. Personally felt the rooms were expensive for what you get but hard to beat the location if it's your first time in Rome. Pastries and iced tea in the lobby were a nice touch. If you prefer showers and don't mind the price I recommend.
Our family stayed at Hotel White for 3 days. It was a wonderful stay . Every staff member was so lovely and kind, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Next time we come to Rome we will definitely be staying here . Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was delightful, with both sweet and savoury options!
Great location! About a 4-5 min walk to the fountain. Hotel and room were clean and an elevator was a plus. It is a historical area, so most places didn’t even have an elevator. There is also a great supermarket next door about 6-8 min walking. Amazing free tea and pastries in the lobby and the breakfast was out of this world and tbh, one of the best I have ever had at a hotel! The spa was very cool and the only place i have ever been to with red light, relaxation, and emotional shower included with a gym. The staff were awesome, accommodating, and very personable and even booked me a room same day with early check in. My only reason for rating a 4 for the room is because the bathroom had a bad sewer smell, my fridge was broken, and if you want peace and quiet early in the morning, do not take the room next to the elevator. There was alot of noise and commotion (which i understand) with the cleaning crew central location, but I was also grateful I got a room for a good price the day of booking, so I took what was available. FYI, i stayed in two other hotels/apartments in the same location and this was the best value and experience while staying in Rome near the Trevi Fountain.
