Great location and great start to our trip to Italy! Fantastic air conditioning for us Americans!!! They asked us if we wanted them to arrange transport from the airport to the hotel, which was super helpful! The location is very central. Smack dab in between The Colosseum and The Vatican in terms of walking distance. There was a water fountain to fill up our water bottles right outside the hotel doors, which was super convenient! Cleaned our room each day. Modern looking room and bathroom. Good breakfast with maritozzo, juicy and flavorful fruit, and un cappuccino!
We arrived from the US at around 9am and Cristina from the front desk was great. There was a double booking of airport pick up, and she quickly called me on WhatsApp and resolved the issue. The biggest thing going for this hotel is its location. We walked everywhere except Vatican, colosseum, airport and station. The hotel decor is beautiful and the room was large, clean with a nice view. Cristina worked with the house keeping team to get us our room by 12:30pm as we had a colosseum tour starting at 2pm the day we arrived. The breakfast was OK. I would have like some more hot items if possible. The cut fruit was delicious. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when in Rome
This is a gem of a hotel I almost don’t want to share. The service is 5 star and it’s beautiful, quiet, and comfortablewith the best rooftop bar and service. We loved Michael and his expertise but all the servers were lovely. The breakfast is also delicious. 3 star hotel just means it doesn’t have certain services. Christina was our standout hotel concierge but they all were fantastic. Definitely utilize them to recommend spots. Cannot wait to come back.
Fantastic location with spectacular rooftop views and lovely staff. We loved having a drink on the roof and enjoying the bar service there. Also enjoyed the breakfast and lounge. The room had a modern bathroom with spacious shower and also a balcony for stepping out. It was very helpful having 24hr concierge for easy check in and check out. There was a parking lot nearby, so had to trek our luggage about 10 min. The room was quiet to any outside city noise, though the room card-activated light switch made clicking noises every 20min which made it difficult to sleep. Wished the mattress on the bed was softer and more comfortable, but otherwise a very nice stay.
We did a little bit of homework before travelling out to Rome and found that this hotel was well placed for all the major sites in the city being equal distance between the Forum/Colosseum, Vatican & St Peters Basilica, Pantheon/Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps,/Trevi Fountain and Trastevare. All walkable from hotel... It is also perfectly positioned for the daily market at Campo di Fiori just 1-2 min walk. Some excellent restaurants and gelateria in the locality. We were very pleased with the hotel. We had a room on the 2nd floor at the front of the hotel with a balcony. Bedroom was comfortable and spacious and not too much road noise, except the police and ambulances passing by. 😁 The hotel was well presented and the breakfast was excellent. They do not offer lunch or dinner I think but there are so many cafes locally they do not need to. Really enjoyed spending time on the roof bar at the end of each day on the 7th floor. Don't forget to use your 20% discount on drinks if they offer it. Especially want to call out to the following staff who made our stay extra special. Sabrina & Sara in the breakfast area, Micheal at the bar, Ciro, Francesca and Leonardo on reception. Lovely people!
