We had an amazing stay at Hotel Artemide! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. After a long flight, we arrived well before check-in, and they were kind enough to have our room ready ahead of schedule, which was incredibly appreciated. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. We needed a few extra items for the minibar and additional pillows, and everything was brought to our room almost immediately. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, spotless, and clearly very well cared for. We had absolutely zero issues during our stay. The combination of exceptional service, attention to detail, and a pristine property made this an easy 5-star experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!
We were repeat clients from 2019 - our memory was that the staff was kind, helpful and committed to providing a high quality, enjoyable, comfortable stay. As a result we booked the hotel for our family of 10 - us, our two children and their families of spouses and total of 4 grandsons. We celebrated my wives 80th birthday with an enjoyable dinner on the rooftop at the Ambrosia. All of the staff (from doorman, reception to housekeeping to bellman to restaurant) were extremely forthcoming and responsive to any needs including questions of where to eat and what to do. The included breakfast buffet is another highlight - servers were friendly and felt like family, and the breakfast was outstanding. Our kids had never been to this hotel though some travel extensively and all would gladly return - quoting the perfect location, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast buffets, and most of all the warm responsive attitude and service provided by all the staff.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless and very well maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We slept great every night. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast, absolutely delicious with plenty of options every morning. The rooftop restaurant was also amazing, with great food and a beautiful atmosphere. What truly made our experience special was the staff. Every employee we encountered was kind, welcoming, and attentive. They really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Overall, an excellent experience and we would definitely stay here again!
Enjoyed our stay, would consider the accommodation closer to a 3 star versus 4 star. Pros: Staff was great, always available and attentive. Gym was decent. Liked the mini bar in the room / nice touch. The Deluxe rooms were a great size minus the bathroom. Awesome location! Cons: think the rooms need an upgrade overall/ bit dated. The bathroom was so tiny, the door hit the bidet whenever opening/ layout wasn’t the best/ shower was insanely slippery… I worry for older guests. breakfast wasn’t that good, we only went cause it was included in our paid package/ hard to please everyone so I get it - quantity over quality with buffet style
The Hotel Artemide is an excellent hotel in the city center. In researching where to stay during our visit, the reviews for the Artemide were very good, they were not wrong. The hotel is lovely with clean, beautiful rooms. The staff across the board are friendly and always welcoming. Sebastian at the front desk went above and beyond, upgrading our room. Thank you so much for that! It was my birthday and while we didn’t say anything to them, the staff sent up a bucket with champagne and some chocolates. The breakfast buffet (included) is truly amazing. Once again the friendly staff is there for you. Everyone seems to love their job and the staff smile, laugh and interact like true friends. Between the wonderful food and the staff, you won’t find a better breakfast experience in Rome. We have a spa day set aside tomorrow and while we haven’t yet experienced it, we are excited about anxious to go. There’s also a rooftop bar that looks amazing that we intend to go to tonight. Overall thank you Hotel Artemide for your care and consideration during our visit to Rome. We will be back.
