Forever my favorite spot when i’m in Rome. The location, the staff and the service is great. been going to this hotel since quite a few years and will never change it. I hope the staff never changes because they’re so sweet!! Next to the hotel is one of the most delicious restaurants in Rome with fair prices, (ristorante al 34) don’t miss it !! One thing I want to mention, that In one building I don’t remember which, the elevator is very small, but that is totally normal considering we’re talking about Rome! Just take it into consideration if you’re coming with strollers. (1 person with 1 stroller could maybe fit)
I would say that its a hotel i would never visit again. if you care about being treated nicely and with respect i would recommend it. The receptionists specifically lack common communication skills and decency!! I had a suite booked so the room was a bit spacious, and the location of the hotel was great. The cleaning staff and concierge were so nice, the cleaning lady was very trustworthy, she found my lost diamond earrings.
We recently stayed here at hotel Condotti while attending a wedding, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From check-in to check-out, the service was excellent and made our stay very comfortable. The hotel itself was clean, welcoming, and well organized. We truly appreciated the kindness and attention from the staff throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely choose hotel Condotti again in the future. Highly recommended!
If I could, I would give everything about Hotel Condotti 10 stars. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL. Beyond helpful. The rooms are lovely, clean & well appointed. The location is the best in the city. 50 metres from the Spanish Steps and it’s easy to traverse the city from the hotel. Easy access to a ton of great restaurants & gelato places. We won’t stay anywhere else.
We stayed in the separate building (behind the reception) in conjoined rooms and it was spacious and very nice. The service was great and the people at the reception very accommodating. Place is very well located and is easy to go anywhere in the city. If I could complain about anything would be the size of the showers (although the water pressure is magnificent), but that is Europe
