Stayed for 3 days at the hotel and will confirm sentiments expressed from previous guests that I felt safe as a solo female traveler, the hospitality evokes old world European charm, and a delicious continental breakfast buffet with a lot of variety. Central location without being overcrowded nor overwhelming.
A truly romantic stay in the heart of Rome ✨ Hotel Santa Chiara has a timeless charm that made our stay feel very special. The atmosphere is elegant, intimate, and full of authentic Roman character. Waking up just steps away from the Pantheon is magical, especially in the evening when the city becomes quieter and even more beautiful. The location is perfect, the staff was kind and welcoming, and the overall experience felt warm and refined rather than overly formal. A wonderful choice for couples looking for romance, beauty, and the true soul of Rome. Highly recommended.
While the service is ABSOLUTELY wonderful and one of the most friendliest staff in Italy, rooms were decent. Nothing extra ordinary, clean. While I loved how this hotel is soooooo conveniently located and its literally few meters from Pantheon,its located right next to a club. Which means EXTREMELY LOUD ALL NIGHT LONG. It is sooooooo loud that you feel your room shaking. If you are looking for a place to drop your luggage and party all night, or care about customer service more than comfort, then this is the place for you but for people like me who need a good rest after walking 25-30 K all day, I would not recommend nor return.
Well in Rome we stayed at the Albergo Santa Chiara, and we were not disappointed at all. What a nice and fancy place. The people that worked there were so friendly and the free breakfast in the morning was amazing. The rooms are very nice, quiet, and the beds are fantastic. We had some of the best sleeps here in all the places we stayed in Italy. The best part is that it was right in the middle of everything. We did not have to walk super long distances to go to any of the tours or to see any of the big sightseeing spots. I would recommend this Hotel amazing place for everyone. Thank you for making our stay in Rome amazing.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to assist with any need. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The location is fantastic, convenient and perfectly situated, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast. There is a wide selection of both sweet and savory options, so there is something for everyone. Every day, the products are fresh and delicious, and the quality is consistently high. It’s the perfect way to start the day. Overall, a very positive experience, I will gladly stay here again!
