We stayed here for 3-nights and our experience was nothing short of amazing. From having the opportunity to check-in early, great service from the front desk and the amazing rooms in the main building. The front-desk staff took our bags upstairs upon check-in, gave great recommendations for food nearby and added to this great holiday. The location is amazing too! You’re minutes away from Pantheon and Trevi fountain and we ended up walking everywhere and it was perfectly manageable. I’ll definitely be coming back here!
A lovely hotel nestled between the pantheon and the fountain trevi. While I wouldn't recommend it for families as the rooms are on the intimate size I think this would be the perfect hotel for a couple traveling. That being said it was a gorgeous hotel, with a generously sized shower and some of the softest sheets. The air conditioner was cool enough to keep us comfortable in he June heat. The desk attendant was kind and helpful. As we were a family of 3 we were able to fit in the room comfortably. The inside is beautiful and crisply clean. Would recommend to anyone(except maybe large families).
The location is excellent, and the reception staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, there were two notable downsides. First, the soundproofing is very poor. We could clearly hear footsteps, conversations on the staircase, and doors slamming throughout the night, which regularly disturbed our sleep. Second, due to the lack of sound insulation, we overheard a discussion involving a senior staff member regarding our nationality and the fact that we had paid in cash. This was particularly disappointing as we had specifically asked which payment methods were accepted and were happy to pay either by card or cash. Hearing guests discussed in this manner felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. It is a pity, as the hotel has a great location and an excellent front desk team. However, these issues negatively affected our overall experience.
A clean, modern and great located hotel. Yet there was some issues. This hotel has a "2nd entrance" which turns out to be a separate building with few rooms belongs to the hotel. We experienced poor noise isolation. There was also minor constructions noise, which are not controlled by the hotel, since, as mentioned, the 2nd building is not fully owned by the hotel. I recommend to book this ONLY if you got a confirmation from hotel management that you will be located in the original rooms of the hotel and not in its "extension". If you're not nit-picky like I do, you will found the room as flawless.
