Wonderful Stay at CC Palace. We had a wonderful stay at CC Palace Hotel and would definitely recommend it. The hotel is beautiful, with stylish, comfortable and very well-presented rooms. The location is excellent and made it so easy to explore Rome and enjoy everything the city has to offer. What really stood out for me, however, was that I unfortunately hurt myself during our stay, and they were very helpful. A beautiful hotel, wonderful breakfast on the rooftop terrace, perfect location. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Rome.
Great location, staff, and spacious room to accommodate a family of 3. Also, the breakfast is a great value and I’d highly recommend it. The staff also celebrated my spouse birthday at breakfast so thank you to Lorenzo and the team for making that a special moment. I’d highly recommend staying here & thank you to the entire staff for all their assistance.
Perfect place to visit, ideally located at walking distance to the termini one one side and shops and restaurants, staff was very helpful we were there for a short trip and we found the hotel and the staff exceptional. We arrived around 9 am on an early morning flight and staff made every effort to get us the room at their earliest possible, around 11 we had the room. Rooms were clean with a/c specially when Rome was hotter than hell. I would certainly go back to the hotel and recommend them highly QA
Spent 4 nihhts to celebrste our 45th eeffing anniversary and do gladvee picked CV Palace Hotel for central location, boutique appearance, quality experience and fantastic service from start, throughout our stay until the end. The room was eccellent and we loved the open air breakfast room lesding to the very nice roof top garden. Really could not fault the hitel in sny way. Soecial shout out to Stephania, Lorenzo, Kevin, Rogella and especially Gian in the bar. Looking forward to returning. Ash Bedi U.K.
We had an amazing stay at CC Hotel Rome. Everything about our experience was wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We were celebrating birthdays during our trip, and the hotel made it very special for us. They decorated my room beautifully for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful surprise. Two days later it was my friend’s birthday, and during breakfast the staff surprised him with a birthday cake. These little details made our stay feel truly memorable and personal. The location is perfect for exploring Rome — everything is close by and easy to reach. Our room was spotless, very clean, and well organized. We also really appreciated the minibar and the lovely rooftop bar where complimentary drinks were available, which was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. We also highly recommend booking with breakfast — it was an amazing choice. The food was fresh, delicious, and there were many options to choose from, so everyone could find something they liked. It was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome who wants great service, a beautiful atmosphere, and thoughtful touches that make your stay special.
